Founded in 2013, Italia Lyme Regis was created to bring traditional authentic food to the people of Dorset and Devon. Over the 5 years of the business, we have adapted and progressed for the better.
Here at Italia, the majority of our produce came directly from Italy, the remaining is sourced from local independent suppliers like Colyford Butchers and the Chef’s very own family alotment. We ensure that only the best ingredients are used in our establishment and we hold regular assessments to ensure this promise.
We pride ourselves in cleanliness, organisation, and customer service. Our staff, for the moment they join our team, are trained to fulfill their role to the highest standard to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
Our chef feels it’s important to not only cater for the masses, but to ensure that there is an option for every dietary requirement. That’s why when you sit down in our restaurant we can guarantee that we can provide an excellent dish to meet your specific needs.
Finally, the most important thing is we pride ourselves in involving the customers in the progression of our restaurant, we do this by listening to the feedback, either in person or online through social media.
