Clifton Chilli Club review the “Antidote”

International Success

Back in May, Dorset Chilli Shop’s Antidote won a silver medal in the New York City Hot Sauce Expo. International recognition for an outstanding sauce created by a husband and wife team from Bournemouth. A huge and absolutely deserved reward for their efforts and creativity.

Having recently attended the Littledown Food and Music Festival with a selection of Dorset Chilli Shop’s wonderful range of products, and watched some brave people attempt to beat the heat, I thought it might be fun to share one of the more “family-friendly” video reviews. The language in chilli product reviews can often be a bit colourful and possibly not appropriate for us to share, but the guys at Clifton Chilli Club have an excellent understanding of the ingredients and creative processes involved in making the products they review and strong enough constitutions and palates to describe the flavours and various stages and intricacies of “the burn”….In this video the guys take a look at Dorset Chilli Shop’s “Antidote” which is one I always recommend and use myself. I couldn’t have summed it up any better, however, if I sampled it neat, I’m not sure I could tell you anything for a while. Luckily, these chaps can. So take a look….

WE SUPPORT

CORPORATE PARTNERS

Our Corporate Partners support the day to day running of Dorset Food Network and the services we offer. They are also available to provide support to our members.

CHARITY PARTNERS

Dorset Food Network proudly supports two local charities. Both charities provide much needed services in the local area and without public support and fund-raising would not be able to do what they do. We are so pleased that we are able to help raise awareness for such worthy causes.
